They may have lower birth rates than the US now, but the damage has been done: they've already ruined earth by making it too populous. 1.5 billion Chinamen? That's 1B too many. Africa? Oy, what a mess. A large natural disaster...really large...would "tragically" claim many lives there, but would also likely provide some much needed population relief. Who knows, Iran thinks God works that way. Dumbasses.
